Important Update on School Accounts

As we continue to strive for a supportive and enriching educational environment, we want to inform you of an important update regarding school accounts.

Going forwards, we will require families to settle all non-curriculum costs on their school accounts before any additional charges can be added. This is designed to ensure that our resources are managed effectively and that all families are aware of their financial commitments.

Please note: This requirement pertains solely to non-curriculum related costs, which include activities such as netball and touch rugby for example. It does not apply to school donations or any curriculum-based activities.

We understand that financial situations can vary, and we are committed to supporting our families. If you find yourself facing difficulties in meeting these requirements, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are more than willing to discuss options for a payment plan that suits your needs. Without payment or contact which results in evidence of a payment plan, they will not be added to the lists to partake in these activities.

Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work together to ensure that every student has access to the opportunities they deserve.
