As you may know, this week is Te wiki o Te Reo Māori! As a school we have already been celebrating this beautiful language in a range of ways; from waiata, kapa haka, scavenger hunts, quizzes, writing Māori kupu/words on the concrete, learning new phrases to playing ki-o-rahi.

And it’s only Wednesday! Our staff and students have really embraced the challenge of using and celebrating this language in as many ways as possible. We hope you’ve taken up the challenge and learnt a new kupu or two yourself. Kia kaha koutou!
