Supporting our growing global awareness - some Room 14 students are growing connections with a school in China.

We made connections with Nanyang Fangcheng Experimental School in Nanyang City, China. It has been great to start to get to know some of the children and ask them questions about what life is like where they live. The children were very keen to ask us about our experiences in lockdown and how we're doing now. They had heard amazing stories about the way New Zealand has done so well in getting on top of the virus. 

We hope to continue our connection in the future and talk again. It would be great to hear more about their school and different ways kids relax where they live.
