Following the Government announcement that our regions (Waikato and Bay of Plenty) are moving to Alert Level 2, we are making some changes to ensure all our members, staff and the communities we serve remain safe.


At Alert Level 2, our branches will remain open, however, our services will be limited.

Our Branches will only be doing transactions that cannot be done online or over the phone (depositing cash or pinning debit cards).

We will also be limiting the number of members inside the branch and maintaining a register of those who visit the branch.

Each branch will have a concierge that is there to help, please follow their instructions at all times.

24/7 Banking Products
If you are not conducting essential face to face transactions, please use our 24/7 banking products such as mobile and internet banking or contact our call centre and they will be able to help.
