New Zealand and Australia are co-hosting the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. Forty lucky senior students from our school were selected to participate in a FIFA Women's World Cup event and train with the Zambian team at Korikori Park on 17th July.

In this session, students watched the team train rigorously, talked to different media outlets and even had a go at scoring against the Zambian players!

Our students built whanaungatanga by sharing a waita with the Zambian team and they sang a beautiful song to the students which was played on the Breeze radio station (see attached!).
