In Room 5 as part of our focus on Zones of Regulation we have been doing a lot of activities about our emotions. One of the activities we did was to choose an emotion and draw a face expressing that emotion.

We had to think about how different parts of our face might express how we are feeling. We also acted out different emotions, thinking about how we use our body to portray how we are feeling.
