Last week I met with a great bunch of middle school learners for my morning tea chat.

This lot are real scientists! They were buzzing about the experiments and learning that has been going on in the middle school this term. I heard all about changes of matter - mixtures moving between liquid, solids and gas forms. Some times something might move state and change for ever - like egg whites for example. 

There is a real passion for understanding and discovering their world in the middle school.
