To enable union members to attend this meeting, our school will be closed for instruction from 12.30pm on 1st March. We will need all children to be picked up from school by 12.30pm on this day.

We appreciate that this may not be convenient for everyone in our community.  

To help support this, the YMCA who run our After School Care programme, is putting on an afternoon of activities starting at 12.30pm until 3.00pm to coincide with the normal school day hours. (Please note they need a minimum of 15 children in order to run this extra afternoon - the cost of which is not covered by WINZ.)   If you would like to use this programme on 1st March, please click the link below to make your booking if you are new to the Y Hamilton out of school care system.
