Last week we had another connection with our sister school in China. This time we had a chance to show images of our school and share about Silverdale through our eyes.

Earlier in the term our sister school sent us a video (see below) showing elements of their culture - we're now working on our return video!

We were able to hear from the children about their school. They have over 2000 students learning there! They have many different subjects that a taught by different teachers. They also have to sit in rows and in desks everyday - not at tables of in a position that suits their learning style like we do.

We loved sharing photos of our amazing school. They were surprised at how many students are at our school and all the beautiful green spaces we have to run around and play in. Our classrooms also looked large and colourful to them. 

We are really looking forward to our next connection with our new chinese friends.
