Whether you are looking to upskill for the present or future, our gathering is a friendly, confidential, non-judgemental group of parents and caregivers wanting to make positive changes in our families.  Learn how to set small goals each week, aim for success and create co-operative families, no matter their age or shoe size!

Day: Every Tuesday evening from 7.00 to 9.00pm sharp.
