We have been granted some Ministry of Education funding again this year to subsidise these music lessons.

Violin and Fife/Flute: Fifteen minute individual lessons will be held on a Tuesday morning.  We have a new violin teacher this year as Kartika Sulistiowati has moved to Auckland. Her name is Mary Smith.  Catrin Hinton will be returning to teach fife and flute.

Cost of lessons: $180.00 for the year

Rental of a violin: $60.00 for the year

A fife can be purchased from a music store or online for approximately $30.00.

A flute can be hired or purchased from a music store in town.
