In Week 8, Room 16 and Room 17 were treated to a hands-on culinary experience thanks to the amazing efforts of Alex and Gloria’s mum, Angel.

Angel rallied a troop of family members and other whānau from our school to join in and share their expertise in the art of dumpling-making.

Our classrooms were filled with the delicious aroma of teamwork and freshly made dumplings as students learned to roll, fill, and fold like pros. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore culture, cooking, and collaboration, leaving everyone with full bellies and big smiles.

A huge thank you to Angel and Johnson (Alex and Gloria's Mum and Dad), Lingli (Langqi's Mum), Angel's parents, and Kipper's Dad and Mum for bringing such a wonderful experience to our school! We are beyond grateful for your time and expertise!
