NZ School Kids Fishing Tournament

The season is here, and so are the school holidays! Tangler
is hosting a fun fishing tournament for the kids across the country, and it's completely free! This is a measure-only tournament, targeting Kahawai and Snapper, and we have 6 Shimano fishing rod and reel combos as major prizes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). It is open to anyone under 16 throughout all of Aotearoa.

Tangler support sustainable fishing and this tournament is listed as Catch and Release. However, this is not a firm rule. Please do your part and release fish when possible.
MUST READ!
- You MUST take a glory photo with both the child and adult in the picture or your fish will not be verified.
- Length must be measured using a measuring device (brag mat or tape measure) and be clearly visible in Brag mat upload.
- Brag mat photo must also include the words " #TrueTangler " in the photo, this can be on a piece of paper, a card or anything.
