On Friday, 16th September, a team of sixteen students from our school attended the Interschool Cross Country held at Hamilton Gardens.

Those competing all had to run two laps of the 1 km course which included a challenging hill. Our students all did very well and represented Silverdale to a high standard. Not only in the way that they competed, but how they supported each other and the other competitors. Notable finishing spots were had by Eli who came in 3rd overall and Toby who came 7th in the year 6 boys. 

Thanks again to the parents who supported us at this event and to Hamilton East School for their organisation.
