Thanks to the Ministry of Education initiative - Access to Period Products in Schools and Kura, our students are able to access free pads to use during their period cycle.

Early next term, our female senior students will have a supply sent home with them to let them know what is available. At Silverdale Normal School, future supplies will be stored in the school reception/office. 

Each term, students can come and top up their supply for the following 3 months/term as needed. They can also come to collect a supply if they unexpectedly find they need them.
