Last Thursday all of the Junior School went on a great trip to the Hamilton Zoo.

We enjoyed seeing all the animals, particularly the baby rhino. Some of us were also lucky enough to watch the zookeeper hand feed the giraffes. He told us all about each of the four giraffes and talked about their physical features. Some of the groups also got to see the meerkats being fed. 

It was a big day out and some of the children even had a little nap on the way home in the bus.
