Newsletter Week 8, Term 1, 2021

Kia ora e te whānau,

We are racing to the end of the first term of 2021! It has been a very active and busy start to the year with loads of happy smiles and courageous learners.

Thanks as always to you, our community, for supporting our learners and our school. We are incredibly grateful to have such involved and supportive families.

Even though our Getting to know our learner conversations did not happen as normal this term, I hope that you have had the opportunity to meet or talk with your child's teacher and help us learn about them more. If you haven't been able to do that yet, please feel free to drop our teachers an email to arrange a catch up - all email details are available on our website.

I would also be happy to meet with you at any point and share about our school's vision and values - I can be contacted at michaelh@silverdale.school.nz.
