At the moment our virtue focus is around showing respect by displaying honesty. In particular: 

• Owning up when we have stuffed up
• Voluntarily telling the truth
• Developing integrity and building trust
• Doing the right thing

We have spoken plenty previously about developing a growth mindset. One of the most powerful things we can do in this area is to embrace failure. This includes embracing those times when our behaviour or attitude has not been up to scratch. If we can accept our failings, we can learn and grow... we can develop into a better and more moral individuals.
