Our Purpose
St Joseph's Vision is to help every student to reach their "Full Potential in Faith, Learning and Virtue"
St Joseph's is proudly Catholic. When new Catholics join our school family we try to make this very clear. Prayer, liturgy and faith formation are central to all we do.
Each term we take the lead in one 10.30 am Sunday Mass in the parish. The expectation is that every whanau will prioritise attendance at this particular Mass. This includes those whanau who would usually worship elsewhere or attend the local vigil Mass. Last year, two of our Parish School Masses were cancelled due to COVID-19... this has highlighted how special it is to be able to unite together as one worshipping community.
On Sunday 11 April at 10.30 am we have our first Sunday Parish School Mass for 2021. Students are asked to wear their school uniform as a sign of unity.
After Mass, there will be a cuppa in the playground while those who wish to participate in a big Easter Egg Hunt around the school grounds
Please lock Sunday 11 April into your calendar now. We look forward to seeing you there.
God Bless
