Loving for Life provides fantastic health, puberty and sexuality courses for our Year 7 and 8 students.

For many years we have annually held the Loving for Life "Towards Loving" programme at Year 7 (with parent and child). Year 8's also do a one-day intensive at school one day.

Year 7 Towards Loving A

Loving for Life is offering the Y7 Programme at St Joseph's Rangiora called Towards Loving A on Monday 28 July for boys and their dads (or other parent or adult figure), and Wednesday 30 July for girls and their mums (or other parent or adult figure). The sessions will go from 5.30 - 8pm and a simple pizza dinner will be provided.

All the student workshop sessions are outlined in the attached ‘Toward Loving (A)’ brochure (download below). Resources are both medically accurate and in accordance with Catholic Teaching.

Year 8 Towards Loving B

The Year 8 programme operates differently. There is no direct parental involvement. Trained facilitators work with the segregated group to cover the course contents. They will do this during the school day on Monday 28 July.
