On Sports Day during Orientation Week, St Margaret's College Members were part of a very special photo, taken by a drone, to help mark the University's 150th birthday.

The accompanying photo was taken on Tuesday, 19 February and comprises about 3,000 University of Otago students from the various residential colleges and the Locals Programme.

St Margaret’s College Members (around 200) are in grey at the bottom left of the figure 5.

Arrangements for the photo were ably taken care of the the University's Unipol Recreation Services.

The University has planned over 200 events during the course of the year to celebrate the University's 150th anniversary.
