Last Thursday I took part in the Literacy Quiz held at Somerfield School

Last Thursday I took part in the Literacy Quiz held at Somerfield School. There were 16 teams from eight different schools. We had to answer questions about the 12 different books we had read and we only got two minutes to answer 10 questions about each book. We were pretty nervous at the start but our team worked really well together. I enjoyed answering the questions and then finding out if we got them right. We were really excited at the end when they were saying who came first, second and third. I was really surprised when my team came first and the other Somerfield team came 4th. It was a great night and I hope I get to compete in it again next year.
