Excellent work!

Arbor Day is a tradition where the community is encouraged to plant trees. For decades, the Summit Road Society organised Arbor Day plantings on the Port Hills with local school children. They work closely with the Christchurch City Council Port Hills Ranger Service. This event was lots of fun, it was a great opportunity for kids to take a hands-on role in looking after our natural environment.
