Message from the Tumuaki

Denise Torrey —

He mihi mahana kia koutou katoa - Warm greetings to all.

Hope you enjoyed your whānau time at Easter and managed to find the hidden Easter eggs and consume the hot cross buns!

Congratulations to Felix Martin, Duncan Bowie, Skyla Ekman and George Woodgate who competed at the Central Swimming Sports today. Lots of smiles and they tell us they enjoyed it. It's a big deal just to get to the Centrals!

A number of parents have raised the concern about their child's friendships at school. Navigating friendships is part of growing up and finding our place in the world. Please read the article elsewhere in the newsletter.

Next week your child will be bringing home information about our Nga Toi athon. This is the biggest fundraiser for the year so please check out the information elsewhere in this newsletter and support our athon.
