Below is information about the way we will be reporting about your child's learning this term. It's important you get the school APP.

This term you will receive 4 snapshots of learning from your child's teacher and the end of year report in Week 10. These come via the school app  although this year if you have indicated you wish a paper copy of the report you will get it as well before we move digitally in 2021. The Snapshots are a great way to see what your child has been learning at school.

Next year the website will have each Ropu Snapshot schedule.

1. If you do not have an @schoolapp logon, please email Kellie Englefield- k.engelfield@somerfield.school.nz

2. You receive an email introducing the parent app.

3. The email includes a hyperlink which takes you to a screen where they can agree to the terms of use and privacy statement.

4. Clicking on ‘agree’ takes you to the login screen with your login number automatically added. It also emails you a temporary password.

5. You need to enter the temporary password into the logon screen, press save and then have access to the parent app.

6. You need to remember to change the temporary password in 30 days, otherwise it logs out.

7. You can go to google play store for Android or App store on Iphone.

8. Search for Atschool and the app will come up to download.
