Last Friday, 23 May we had our Cultural Day. On this day everyone dressed up in any clothes that were special to their culture, for example if you are from NZ you could’ve worn something Maori, or an All Blacks top. It was a day to express your culture and your culture's clothes and style. We had people representing their culture from places including Scotland, Tonga, Afghanistan, Samoa, and much more! After assembly we had a parade around the bike track, to let everybody show their cultures to our school. Each year group, one at a time, went up and walked around the bike track and people watched and cheered them on. It was amazing to see so many students wearing their culture's clothes and sharing them with the school.
