Message from the Tumuaki

Denise Torrey —

He mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa - Warm greetings to all.

Next week Nicky Horne and I will be attending the New Zealand Principals' Federation annual conference at Te Pae. Canterbury principals are excited to host this event as the last time we were able to host a conference in Christchurch was in 2008! We are looking forward the the wonderful professional development and the showcasing of our wonderful Te Pae and our developing city.

Donations

The donations help to pay for swimming and the many trips we have had throughout the year. Sadly schools are not financed enough for these and we need your help. If you have not paid your donation yet, we encourage you to do so. An invoice will be sent tomorrow. You may chose to pay by direct credit .

Congratulations to our Epro8 teams who competed yesterday and are both going through to the finals. Great effort!

Lastly, congratulations to Dave Harrison and the Cashmere High School girls basketball team he coaches who qualified for nationals later in September. This is the first time in 10 years the Girls basketball at Cashmere has qualified, a great feat!
