Sick Children- Updated
Please don't send sick children to school
If they have symptoms contact Healthline
If your child is tested they need to stay home until you have a negative result.

If you have been notified that you or a family member has COVID please contact us immediately
We will ask you to verify this with a screen shot of your notification of a positive case
We will contact the Ministry of Education straight away who will help us identify Close Contacts. We will look at the activity of the cases concerned. (there is a process involved)
We are well placed to ensure the safety of our tamariki and staff and minimise the number of Close Contacts in the school environment. We have:
Single cell classes to minimise spread
Management of hygiene
Separate play areas to help ensure our bubbles
Ventilation - windows and doors open at all times
Masks for tamariki Y4-6
Vaccinated staff
Break times - our tamariki are never in a class for over an hour, hour and a half. Getting out and having regular breaks reduces the likelihood of being a close contact.
