Cross Country

Our cross-country runners overcame a bit of adversity (not actually having a school cross-country at school this year) and braved cold conditions at Halswell Quarry at the Southwest Zones Cross-Country on Tuesday. Eight of our 13 runners qualified for the Canterbury Champs in two weeks time (names in bold below. Ka mau te wehi! A special mention to Evie Scherp who powered up the hill to win her race! Thanks to the parents who provided transport and vocal support.
