Epro 8

Last week 2 groups went in to compete in the Epro 8 competition against many schools from across Christchurch to see who would make it into the finals. The EPro8 Challenge is an inter-school science and engineering competition using construction equipment, gears and electronics to complete challenges.

The two groups who went through were the Engineering Smarteys and the Engineering Innovators. We had a choice of making a Vending machine, a Road Marker car, Uncle Ben’s Bed or a Magic Stand. Both groups decided to do the vending machine. They came third and fourth so they got into the semi finals, to be held in Week 9. All the best for this event!
