Well done Natalia and Tom!

Natalia entered her writing work to a Japanese Hiragana Writing (Pencil) Competition in July through her calligraphy class. It was the first time for her and she was required to write the words as accurately as she could. The competition was held in Japan. Her calligraphy teacher posted her work to Japan. There were a total of 12,552 children entered in the same competition.

Recently, she received the result of silver in her age group. The certificate and the medal were sent from Japan, and she received them this week.

She achieved her goal by practicing writing Japanese every day. It is a lot of work for her to carry on practicing writing as well as school work and other activities.

Tom has finished his first Club Football Season and won a few awards. He was awarded: Players' Player of the Season, Coaches' Player of the Season, Special award - Libero Award.
