Due to COVID restictions we are unable to have our SMART/Service and Final assembly in the hall and will be offering a opportunity for you to participate virtually at this very important event. If you would like to view the virtual assembly please complete this form. Please note you are able to share this email with your family and friends who can also register. We just need to ensure we have each person email address who is watching the event. So a great way to connect with family overseas or in other parts of the country.

4. The virtually assembly will be available to those registered on the 10th and 17th of December
