Basketball

Basketball came to an end for our Y5/6 teams this week with parents finally able to get a chance to watch their tamariki for the first time in a few weeks. Congratulations to our A grade team who took out the championship by comfortably beating Medbury in the final last night. Thanks to all our coaches and managers that have made this opportunity for our tamariki possible.

Football

Here are some photos from the annual parents v kids football match that ended the season for our Y5 tamariki on Saturday.

Centrals Winter Tournament

Yesterday our football and netball teams competed in the Centrals Winter Tournament on a glorious day that felt more like summer. Our netball team won the majority of their games while our football team went through the tournament unbeaten to share the title after a pulsating 1-1 draw with Thorrington in the final. Thanks to Dan Versteeg and Nadine Banfield for coaching the teams. Ka rawe!
