Please fill in the attached form if you have a child who is turning 5 in 2023 and you wish to enroll them at Somerfield Te Kura Wairepo, you live out of zone and currently have a child already here.

This form is for our data purposes only and IS NOT an enrolment (please see attached form). It will help the Board of Trustees decide the number of places they can advertise for Out of Zone enrolments. You will still need to go into the ballot later this term. This form must be at the school office by 30 August. Forms are also available from the office.

You need to be aware that your child does not get automatic entry to our kura even those you may have a child already here. Our BoT must look at projected numbers of In Zone enrolments and ensure there is not overcrowding.

Applications for Out of Zone ballot close 4pm Wednesday  28 September.

Ballot date Friday 30 September 2022.

Ballot papers will be on the school website from Thursday 1 September.
