Well done Amelia!

Amelia has successfully become an Ambassador so she can promote it to her peers at Somerfield Te Kure Wairepo. As an ambassador Amelia has hand out flyers/entry forms and discuss the XRACE with her peers and explain how it works.

In summary the XRACE is an mystery adventure race for families to do together and complete challenges which must be completed before moving onto the next one. The challenges range from physical (like tug-of-war) to mental (like the memory challenge) to knowledge based (like the music challenge). The challenges change from year to year and course to course. No XRACE is ever the same.

We competed in our first XRACE this year and had so much fun doing something as a family and completing the variety of challenges. (Refer attached photo of our family after we finished the XRACE)

Everyone who competes gets in the XRACE gets a shirt and medal whether they come first or last. The main thing is participation and fun!
