Spaces 5 - 12 moved into their new classrooms on Monday, 8 June.

The current projects are based on a unit of work undertaken last year with our tamariki. Several tamariki ideas/ concepts were presented to the designer, Tina Dyer ( See some of these below). Tina then put these ideas into the concept plans for the Board of Trustees.

We have started our landscaping for our playgrounds. Every week we will update this page to see the progress of the playgrounds. Very exciting!

It is important you fill in this intention form and return to school by Friday 12 June if you live outside the zone and have another child you are wanting to start Term 4 or 2021. You DO NOT have immediate right of entry. You must go into the ballot. This form is to give us an indication only and is not the ballot. The ballet form will need to be filled in when we advertise.

We would like to support our whanau businesses through our newsletter. If you have a business you would like to advertise send details to admin@somerfield.school.nz and we will have a section Whanau Business from now on in our newsletter.

The PTA AGM will in the staffroom 7pm Wednesday 1 July.
