This week ngā tamariki (the children) at Kowhai Kindergarten enjoyed learning about the Samoan Culture.

 Kaiako engaged with experiences alongside tamariki, including recreating the Samoan flag, exploring some ephemeral art and making the hibiscus flower similar to Samoan patterns, and we enjoyed lots of Samoan Music, and dancing. 

The highlight of the week was when the amazing Angela came in to help us make Cocoa Rice using the Koko Samoa.
