Tamariki testing their skills and challenging themselves in a safe and secure environment, learning from their peers and testing their own limitations within the environment at Rhona Day Kindergarten.

Tamariki are:

 Challenging themselves physically

 Moving their body in different ways

 Thinking carefully about where to place their hands and feet

 Turn-taking – waiting for a turn = not causing their peers to rush

 Developing resilience – trying over and over again

 Developing balance and co-ordination
