Whanaungatanga incorporates building relationships, making connections with others and feeling a sense of belonging at West End Kindergarten.

This curriculum priority has been evident within this week's interactions between the tamariki, as we see the older toddlers making connections and showing kindness to our new pepi.

In Ruawai we have a special baby blanket that is just for our pepi to settle in and explore ā tōna wā | in their own time, while the toddlers sit on the outside and say hello, pass them toys and get to know the smallest members of our West End Kindergarten whānau.
