Giving to others at Rata Kindergarten

Rata Kindergarten tamariki and kaiako gifted bunches of flowers/putiputi to members of our local community as a random act of kindness.

This supported tamairki to deepen their understanding around the concept of giving to others, manaakitanga, which is something we really value at Rata Kindergarten.  

Tamariki and kaiako discussed how happy and grateful everyone was for receiving these flowers.

Thanks to all our families that picked and donated flowers and those who supported the tamariki to arrange the bouquets.
