I'm taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying and to help save the lives of sick and injured children all over Aotearoa. It’s on call 24/7, and a full crew can be in the air in minutes. It’s often the only way a critically ill or injured child can get to a Starship Hospital in time.
