Hi troops, The final newsletter of 2017……done and dusted!!! I would like to thank the students, staff, Board of Trustees, PTA and South Hornby school community for making the 2017 school year such an historic one for our amazing students. I still can't believe the massive journey we have all been through this year to finally arrive at our new school environment. The future is bright for South Hornby School Te Manu Tukutuku.

We are so fortunate to have such a quality staff here at South Hornby School. I am amazed at the dedication and passion the staff have towards the school and more importantly our students. Sure we don’t get it right all the time but all decisions we make are with the best intentions of our students. Finally, huge thanks must go to our amazing students, it has been a joy watching them develop their skills and passions over the course of this year. They are a credit to us all. Congratulations to all of our Year 6 leavers. Thank you to all your contributions you have made to South Hornby School. We wish you all the best for your upcoming adventures.

I would like to thank all the fantastic parents who supported our students on the Year 5 & 6 Camp to Woodend and the Year  4 trip to YMCA Adventure Camp.

We really look forward to the final few events of the 2017 year. More detailed information of these events are included within this newsletter.
