Keep your children safe. Ensure they are wearing their bicycle helmet when out on the road and riding to and from school.
Children should push their bikes across the road at the crossing and continue to push, both bikes and scooters into the school grounds.
WINZ may offer subsidies (that you pay back) to assist with buying helmets if you need it. Follow the link for details.
