Unisex – Boys & Girls
· Navy short or long sleeved polo shirt with SNBS logo
· Navy blue polar fleece top with zip opening with SNBS logo
· Navy blue crew neck sweatshirt with SNBS logo
· Navy shorts, not tight fitting or bike shorts
· Navy blue tracksuit pant – any brand – but must be plain – no stripes, no writing, not rolled up
· Navy blue trousers
All students must wear a brimmed hat at break times and when outside for sport or other activities during Terms 1 and 4. If a pupil does not have a sunhat they will sit under a shade structure during playtime and lunchtime. Please make sure sun hats are named. We are a registered “Sun Safe” School.
GIRLS
· Tunic Pinafore and/or Culottes
SHOES
– Kids need footwear to run, jump, kick, dance and keep feet safe & dry
– It is really important school shoes are not fashion items
· Sensible sandals with buckle or velcro fastenings
Please - NO high-tops or basketball shoes, Vans, Converse, slip-ons, Crocs, boots, jandals, jellies, or sparkly sandals.
COLD WEATHER GEAR
· Navy blue raincoat preferred
· Navy blue logo beanie with SNBS logo (optional)
· Plain navy blue or black thermal tops are permitted to be visible under school polo.
In class students must be wearing uniform polar fleece or a school polo shirt. They may wear a black or blue merino under this. In the playground, coming to or from school students can wear any type of plain jacket with no logos. This must be removed in class.
No hoodies are to be worn in class or as a jacket in the playground
WAVERIDERS – YEAR 7 & 8
· Waveriders polo shirt
· Waveriders Jacket
These are ordered at the end of the school year ready for the new school year. Order forms will be sent home with Year 6 and Year 7 students near the end of the school year.
Exclusions:
· Earrings must be small & plain studs only – this is for safety
· Necklaces – none are to be worn except cultural & religious significance – please discuss with your classroom teacher – again think safety please
· No Makeup or other jewellery
Primarily for the Year 5–8 students, the sports top can be worn as an everyday school top. You may choose to buy one of these instead of a normal polo top. Children can wear their sports top to school on normal school days, but wearing the top is a must if your child is participating in a sports event that day (or at sports events outside of normal school hours).
