Digital Agreements

At the start of each year children in each class/waka will make a digital agreement that defines the rules around how devices are used. Agreements include what happens if rules/guidelines are not followed.

Schools are all part of N4L (Network for Learning) which provides a safe and secured managed network. This includes robust internet filtering, threat protection and firewall.

N4L, or Network for Learning, is a free internet service provider offering content, services, and support designed for schools. N4L is currently being rolled out to New Zealand’s state, state integrated, and partnership schools, due for completion at the end of 2016.

N4L provides quality ultra-fast broadband connections. It offers uncapped data, online content filtering and network security services. N4L connections can be more reliable than those of retail service providers.
