Our school Tikanga mural is almost complete!

Local artist, Jeremy Sauzier, has designed and painted the mural along with an ever changing team of willing helpers. The mural depicts our school Tikanga of CARING/Manaakitanga, CONNECTED/Hononga, COURAGEOUS/Maia CREATIVE/Auaha and CURIOUS/Mahira.
Approximately 180 SNBS students were involved in painting the mural under Jeremy's guidance over several weeks in Term 1. He'll be adding a few more touch ups in Term 2. It will be great to have whanau able to come in and appreciate the mural now that they are able to come on site. The mural was funded by the PTA and seen as a great way to enhance our school grounds. Many thanks to Jeremy and his team of helpers.
