Tena Koutou to the Staff and the South New Brighton School Community and whanau

I am writing to introduce myself. I have been appointed by the Ministry of Education and the Board to undertake a Specialist Audit at the school.

The audit will cover the following aspects of the schools affairs:

• Policies and procedures – ensure that school policies and procedures are coherent and fit for purpose and are being implemented.
• Clarification of roles relating to governance, stewardship and management.

I will be gathering data from a variety of sources, including talking with Board, Staff and the School Community.
