Camp and Children's University costs for 2025

As per the Ministry of Education Donation Scheme, since 2023 we no longer ask for school donations, and payments for swimming or school day trips. 

Contribution payment is requested for overnight school camps and opt in activities. We rely on the payment of camps and opt in activities as we receive no funding for these.  Without payment we will not be able to provide camps and opt in activities in the future.

Thank you to those families who have already made payment (or have set up an automatic payment) to cover the camp costs. Please check your child's Linc-ed Hero account to see what is outstanding. Instructions on how to do so are listed further down the page.

Current costs:

• School Camp for Year 6 students, $180.00 contribution (increase to estimated cost at end of 2024, due to an increase from provider)

• School Camp for Year 5 students, $110.00 contribution

• Children's University, $25.00 Annual fee for children who have signed up - invoices now in Hero

Internet banking is our preferred payment method.

Our bank account is 12-3153-0125430-00. Please list your child’s name and the activity as references when making a payment to this account. You are welcome to set up an automatic payment to cover these costs. 

Did you know you can apply for a tax rebate from the Inland Revenue Department for contributions? You may be able to get a rebate of up to one third of the contributions you pay to our school. For example: 33.3% of the $180.00 camp contribution equals a $59.94 rebate. You can view all your child's current costs / invoices on this reporting system, click on the $ symbol. Please note that financial balances on your child’s Linc-Ed Hero account may be 5-7 days behind date of payment or longer in the holiday breaks.

If you have lost your password or have not accessed your child’s account previously, click on lost password OR new user, then enter the email address you shared with school. An email will be sent to you containing a link for you to click on. The link will take you to a page where you will see your new password. We suggest you choose to personalise this by deleting the generated password and entering your own strong, secure password.
