This is an evening for all the women and girls of our community.
Our friendly, female staff will aid your pool experience, providing a safe and connected environment.
Our swim school team will be available to provide swim lessons and advice.
An onsite prayer room will also be available.

Free group to learn and share tips to help with anxiety

Cycle of Anxiety - Tuesday 22 April, 6.00pm - 7.30pm
This week we will discuss how anxiety often comes in four stages, and how understanding this cycle may help you navigate your experiences.
Challenging Anxious Thoughts - Tuesday 29 April, 6.00pm - 7.30pm
This week we will take an objective look at those anxious thoughts and how they impact us. Thinking about a situation in a realistic, more balanced way can help break the vicious circle of anxiety.
Coping Strategies - Healthy vs. Unhealthy - Tuesday 13 May, 6.00pm - 7.30pm
This week we will explore healthy coping strategies that can contribute to long-lasting positive outcomes.
Cognitive Restructuring: Decatastrophising - Tuesday 20 May, 6.00pm - 7.30pm
This week will encourage you to identify ways to question distorted or irrational thoughts that have the power to influence how we feel.
Cultivating Mindfulness - Tuesday 27 May, 6.00pm - 7.30pm
This week we will discuss an array of helpful mindfulness exercises and tools
