Y1-10 Student Registration for Alert Level 3 *Daily Learning Times: 9am start | 2pm finish* Gates open: Strictly 8.45am-9am and 2.00pm - 2.15pm - Gates remain closed at all other times.

**PLEASE READ THE LEARNING CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU CONTINUE WITH REGISTRATION**

Registrations for students attending school at Alert Level 3 will close at 12pm - Sunday 25th October 2021.

FROM TUESDAY 26TH OCTOBER - School will re-open at Alert Level 3 for students in Years 11-13 including students in Years 1-10; under 14 years whose parents are essential workers and have no-one to care for their children whilst they are at work.

Distance Learning will continue from home for all other students.

YEARS 1-10 REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND ONSITE LEARNING:

Students in Years 1-10 must be registered if they require onsite supervision at Alert Level 3.  At Alert Level 3, learning time will be restricted to 9am-2.00pm daily.

SCHOOL GATE: The school gate will be opened 15 minutes before learning time at 8.45am and will remain closed at 9am.The school gate will reopen from 2.00pm - 2.15pm. Your child must be collected from the gate during this time. The office and the school gate will be closed throughout the day. *PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL - NO LATE STUDENTS CAN ENTER THE SCHOOL PREMISES AFTER 9AM OR LEAVE EARLY BEFORE 2PM*

Parents and Visitors will not be able to access the school grounds at any time during Alert Level 3.

Students on the level 3 roll must:- 

-Be punctual to school by 8.45am am and picked up by 2.15pm each day

- Attend school each day unless you are sick or are showing flu like systems; stay home/get tested. The caregiver must notify the school before 9am by email: admin@southerncross.school.nz or via the school app.

- Bring to school each day; morning tea, lunch and a water bottle.

- Face masks are compulsory for Years 9-10.
